Amelie Oñate is a Nicaraguan-Cuban fashion designer originally from Miami, Florida. Since childhood, art has been a part of her life on all different levels. In addition to having a strong creative eye, Amelie developed an environmental consciousness and became determined to merge her artistic endeavors to her academic knowledge.
She has studied at Miami Fashion Institute, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and most recently, became a graduate of Istituto Marangoni Miami, where she earned her Masters in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management.

Oñate’s most recent collection, Wabi - Sabi (Beauty in Imperfection), has been featured in international fashion shows in Guatemala, Argentina, and Panama.
